About the Winery

Paradisos del Sol Winery and Organic Vineyard answers yes to both questions: “Zero Pesticides?” and “Ingredient labeled?” There is no tasting fee. Because more than 90% of visitors purchase wine, the winery discontinued its tasting fee some time ago.

Grapes have been grown successfully without pesticides since 2011. They may be the only wine estate on Earth growing Vitis vinifera without pesticides for more than two seasons.

Each tasting comes with a micro meal: the winemakers’ dinner, which contains under 40 calorie. This small bite is intended to connect the wine and food. Their mantra is “Sip, Sip, Bite, Sip.”

Guests who are new to wine tasting can request a short introduction to “organoleptic evaluation.“ Children are welcome.

The winery is open daily 11-6. Vineyard tours are available by appointment.
