01 — Imperial's Garden

The Imperial family relocated from the Philippines to Yakima Valley in 1983 and applied their agricultural education from home to build a substantial family farming operation in Wapato. During the growing season, their expansive farm stand is filled with produce, including fresh spring garlic, summer squashes, heirloom tomatoes, peppers, chiles, corn and more.

02 — Jones Farms

Since 1946, Jones Farm has remained a family-run operation. When harvests reach their peak, the family opens its Zillah farm stand in July. Shoppers can pick up sweet tree fruits like nectarines and peaches, along with tomatoes, corn, squash, pumpkins and more. It belongs on any farm stand itinerary through the Lower Yakima Valley.

In the center of Yakima Valley Wine Country, Prosser's quaint, charming downtown hosts this open air market on Saturday mornings. Alongside abundant local produce, visitors can browse cut flowers, plants, artisan foods, breads, cheeses, cookies and pastries. Extend the visit with an evening at the Historic Mercer Guest Suites.

Created in Wapato in the early 1990s, the Yakima Nation fruit stand highlights outstanding produce cultivated by the Yakima Nation Land Enterprise. Beyond its broad selection of fruits and vegetables, the stand offers a way to encounter Yakima Nation culture and history through artwork, artisan goods and beaded textiles.
