Varietal Beer Co. — Sunnyside

Varietal Beer Company began in 2016 when a group of beer enthusiasts came together around a shared purpose. Initially conceived as an experimental brewery project, it grew—with additional investment and assistance from the Port of Sunnyside—into a complete brewery with a taproom and barrel program.

The team’s aim is to create beers that deliver distinctive flavors and experiences, drawing on the finest hops, barrels, and fruit available from the Yakima Valley.

Varietal Beer Co. brings the best of the Valley to its local community through the hops, wine barrels, and fruit used and produced in the area. The brewery is passionate about craft beer and strives to make a positive impact on the people, environment & communities of Central Washington.
