Located in Prosser, Washington, Tirriddis is a Washington State winery dedicated to traditional method sparkling wine. Andrew Gerow, Gabriel Crowell, and Matthew Doutney founded the winery in 2021 after graduating from Washington State University’s Viticulture & Enology program at 20 years old. Driven by passion, ambition, quality, and sustainability, the founders are working to pioneer and shape Washington’s sparkling identity.

The name Tirriddis reflects the three stages used to naturally create sparkling wine through the traditional method: Tirage, Riddle, and Disgorge. It represents the winery’s commitment to traditional method sparkling wines in Washington State.

From the outset, Tirriddis has aimed to express Washington’s diverse yet world class growing environment in an authentic, original way. Every bottle is grounded in quality and reflects the brightness, diversity, and vitality of Washington grapes, geography, and climate—the essential pillars behind sparkling wines that are unparalleled and uniquely Washington.

Sustainability is central to the winery’s vision for the future of Washington wine, alongside quality and authenticity. Tirriddis sparkling wines are 100% vegan and made with grapes from Sustainable Washington & Salmon Safe certified vineyards. The winery offers Washington Traditional Method sparkling wines that are distinctive, sustainable, accessible, and focused on quality.
