The Distillarium was created not to reinvent distilled spirits, but to follow the methods practiced by master distillers in bygone eras. That vision demanded more than the finest raw materials and the most exquisite oak casks; it required a foundation built around patience.

For every batch of Bourbon or Brandy, we focus not only on what exists today, but on the premium quality and perfected craft of what once was. See the process firsthand with a tour through our 14,000 square foot warehouse, or settle in at our tasting room for specialty cocktails and food pairings. Look behind the curtain to learn about the art of distilling and develop your own appreciation for whiskey or brandy.

Food is also available, including Shareables, Flatbreads, Salads and Small Plates!
