Single Hill Brewing Company uses top quality ingredients from the region to create a varied beer selection that continues to change. Across 16 taps, guests can find crisp light beers, tart and fruity sours, hoppy and hoppier IPAs, and an assortment of classic styles.

The taproom is designed as a welcoming social setting where people can slow down, breathe, and spend quality time together. Kids, laptops, groups of friends, and solo visitors with a book are all welcome in the inviting taproom or on the shady patio.

Alongside the core range, Single Hill regularly pours experimental beers made through its 3-vessel Experimentor fermentation system. The aim is to help every guest discover a beer they enjoy while continually refining the craft and exploring the boundaries of quality, interesting beer.
