Because more than 90% of visitors purchase wine, the winery discontinued its tasting fee some time ago.

They have successfully grown grapes without pesticides since 2011. They may be the only wine estate on Earth growing Vitis vinifera without pesticides for more than two seasons.

Each tasting comes with a micro meal: the winemakers’ under 40 calorie dinner. This small bite is intended to connect the wine and the food. Their guiding phrase is “Sip, Sip, Bite, Sip.”

Guests who are new to wine tasting can request a short tutorial on “organoleptic evaluation.“ Children are welcome.

The winery is open daily 11-6. Vineyard tours are available by appointment.
