About Los Hernandez Tamales
Since its founding, the business has followed a traditional family recipe. Felipe Hernandez remains focused on quality and avoids taking shortcuts. In 2018, Los Hernandez Tamales received the prestigious James Beard Award and was honored as one of America’s Classics.
Year-round specialties include pork and chicken tamales. When in season, guests can also enjoy asparagus, jalapeño and pepper jack cheese tamales.
