More than 40 years ago, Leland and Lynda Hyatt began shaping the Hyatt legacy through excellence. A modest vineyard planting in 1983 developed into a thriving, full production winery. Across the last 4 decades, the winery has refined its craft while pursuing the finest wines the region has to offer.
Today, the next generation carries forward Hyatt’s rich tradition, building upon the strongest parts of its history while introducing an innovative perspective focused on extraordinary experiences and legacy wines.
