In 2016, 2 x James Beard-nominated chef Dan Koommoo and his wife Mollie launched Crafted with a deliberate dedication to Pacific Northwest foragers and farmers. Located in downtown Yakima, the farm-to-table restaurant draws inspiration from the agricultural abundance of Washington State. Crafted’s kitchen team works together on a constantly evolving menu centered on fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from within about a 100-mile radius. Reflecting the restaurant’s community-minded spirit, dishes are made for sharing and pair naturally with Crafted’s seasonal cocktails, local beer, and wines.
