Cowiche Creek Brewing Company grew from the experience of third generation farmers in small towns across Central Washington, where hard work is familiar territory. In 2012, the team began home brewing and cultivating hops to make beers that showcase hop flavor and aroma.

They constructed their own brew house, adapted commercial brewing methods and recipes, planted hop yards, and developed a distinct beer style with less malt and substantially more hops. The goal was not extra bitterness, but beers full of aroma and flavor. Citrus, pine, and tropical fruit character reflect what they enjoy about the hops grown in their valley.

Full time food service is also available, with menu choices designed to satisfy any palate.
