Cowiche Canyon Conservancy
Cowiche Canyon Conservatory owns over 2100 acres of canyonlands and foothill slopes beside Cowiche Creek. The property welcomes year round recreation, with over twenty five miles of trails passing through wild flowers, oak woodlands, and basalt cliffs, as well as following Cowiche Creek.
The area includes a beautiful salmon stream replete with wildlife. Educational field trips are available during spring and fall, along with a winter lecture series offered in collaboration with Yakima Valley College.
