At Canyon River Ranch, a premier riverside resort, Canyon River Grill offers an uncommon setting for dining. The property includes a half mile of private riverfront, with views across the Yakima River Canyon and its dramatic basalt cliffs.
Executive Chef Kevin Davis leads the Grill’s culinary team. His cooking takes cues from the farms, ranches and waters surrounding the region. The seasonal menu includes premium fresh seafood, steaks, pastas, and established favorites including Southern Fried “Mary’s” Free-Range Chicken.
A thoughtfully assembled wine list complements the food and recently brought Canyon River Grill a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
