As Yakima Valley farms move beyond summer’s abundance toward a more substantial fall harvest, Dan begins creating a new style of menu for Chef’s Supper Club members. That seasonal transition has influenced the restaurant’s plates for years.

Each Chef’s Supper Club edition is prepared in Dan Koommoo's James Beard-recognized kitchen and reflects what is genuinely being grown within 100 miles of Yakima that month. Members can expect a composed main course, seasonal sides, something sweet, and chef's notes that explain the menu’s choices. Dinner arrives fully prepared—simply plate it, serve it, and enjoy it together.
