Event Overview

UNION GAP OLD TOWN DAYS & CIVIL WAR REENACTMENT takes place in Union Gap, WA, on Father's Day weekend, June 19 - 20, 2027. The event presents Washington State's biggest Living History Weekend, featuring a Civil War Reenactment and encampment.

Admission and parking are free, made possible by event sponsors. Attendees are encouraged to show their appreciation for that support. Donations to the museum are greatly appreciated.

History Camps and Reenactments

Explore acres of historical camps featuring demonstrations and information about everyday life during the Civil War, both at home and on the battlefield. The Washington Civil War Association provides the reenactors and educational programming.

Visitors can tour the Union and Confederate camps, speak with Civil War Reenactors, and learn about our American History. Each day includes battle reenactments depicting the North and South facing off.

Children can visit the “Education Stations” to gather facts for the scavenger hunt. After completing it, they can turn it in for a prize.
