The Yakima Valley is especially vibrant during hop harvest, with visitors arriving from near and far to take in the sights, aromas, and energy of the season. It is a distinctive time to experience the valley as it fills with hops and harvest activity.

Single Hill Brewing Co. has released its first two Fresh Hop Beers of the 2026 harvest season: Early Bloom and Oregon Shortcut.

Early Bloom uses hand-harvested Strata & Centennial hops gathered by Zach & Mike Roy of Roy Farms. Oregon Shortcut is brewed with Strata from Coleman Agriculture in Oregon. More information is available through Single Hill Brewing Co social media or at the taproom.

For harvest season 2026, the Yakima Taproom will also be open on Mondays: 9/14, 9/21, 9/28 and 10/5.
