Dogtoberfest takes place Saturday, Sept. 19, at Bron Yr Aur Brewing. Registration is open for the annual wiener dog race.

Bron Yr Aur is raising money to bring awareness to Above The Bend Animal Assistance in Naches. This small group of community volunteers supports the underserved area by helping abandoned or feral animals get altered, coordinating foster-care networking, addressing medical needs with local veterinary clinics, and organizing spay and neuter clinics.
