On Sunday September 20, WIT Cellars Prosser welcomes guests for an introductory Tunisian crochet class. Participants will learn the craft and create a hand-crafted kitchen towel suited to holiday gift giving.

Tunisian crochet combines qualities of crochet and knitting. The lesson covers two foundation stitch styles, with a kitchen towel as the class project. These towels make thoughtful holiday or hostess gifts, and Wit Cellars hopes the class helps participants begin making blankets, scarves, shawls, wraps or more.

The complete materials kit is included:

• Tunisian crochet hook
• Cotton yarn
• Scissors
• Weaving needle

If the weather is lovely, the class may take place on the patio. The cost is $60.00, including the full kit and lesson.

Registration and Class Policies

Classes are non-refundable. If you expect that you cannot attend, please email us or contact the winer at least 72 hours in advance. Your ticket for this class may not be refunded, but you will be told where another class will be held in your area so you can attend there.

This beginning class is recommended before the advanced class in early November.
