Capitol Kids: Lightwire Theatre’s The Tortoise & Hare

What became of the competitors after the famous race? Lightwire Theater picks up the classic fable of The Tortoise and The Hare 10 years later, when both rivals have children and must contend with modern-day distractions. Their next-generation race follows Tortoise Junior and Lil’ Hare into surprising territory. Old Man Tortoise and Big Daddy Hare have to put their differences aside to locate and rescue their children. Along the way, they face a series of hurdles before they can reach the finish line.
