Celebrate food, wine, and connection at Mercer Wine Estates’ Adopt-A-Vine Dinner. The gathering takes place at the flagship Prosser tasting room, surrounded by the vineyard and framed by the stunning Horse Heaven Hills.

Chef Shawn Niles of The Fat Pastor will prepare a beautifully coursed dinner, with Mercer wines selected to complement every course. Live jazz will accompany the meal, creating an evening centered on exceptional food, wine, and great company.

After dinner, adopt your own vine and keep up with its progress throughout the growing season through exclusive vineyard and winemaking updates. The experience offers a lasting connection to the wine in your glass.
