Terra Blanca Winery and Estate Vineyard invites guests to an interactive Cooking Demo & Wine Pairing on Saturday, October 17, 2026. Terra Blanca Executive Chef Ray Torres will explore the art of entertaining by demonstrating four distinctive hors d'oeuvres, with each one focused on a different culinary technique.

As the dishes come together, guests will taste each creation alongside a thoughtfully chosen Terra Blanca wine and learn why the pairings complement one another. Featured recipes will be available to take home at the conclusion of the evening, making it possible to recreate the experience in your own kitchen.
