Terra Blanca Winery and Estate Vineyard welcomes guests to an unforgettable six-course wine dinner celebrating the tastes of harvest season. Terra Blanca Executive Chef Ray Torres has created a fall-inspired menu featuring dishes such as slow-braised short rib with a rich Cabernet reduction. Every course is paired with a Terra Blanca wine selected to complement the food.

During the dinner, Winemaker Keith Pilgrim will discuss the 2026 harvest, the stories associated with the featured wines, and the craft of bringing exceptional food and wine together.
