Girls with Grit Women's 2 Day Fly Fishing Retreat — NACHES & YAKIMA RIVER COMBO — takes place September 17/18, 2026. Based at Canyon River Ranch, home of Red’s Fly Shop and the Canyon River Grill, this women’s fly fishing getaway combines expert guidance, time on two remarkable Central Washington rivers, and easygoing evenings at the ranch. The retreat is designed to support skill development, confidence, and connection, whether you are newer to fly fishing or want a supportive, skill-focused escape.

What the Two-Day Retreat Includes

• Guided wade fishing on the Naches River for 1 day
• Guided float fishing on the Yakima River for 1 day
• Daily coaching and instruction from Red’s professional guides
• A fly fishing and casting lesson on Day 1
• A morning yoga session on Day 2
• After the morning activity, the group divides into two: one half fishes the Naches while the other half floats the Yakima River. The groups rotate the following day.
• Activities run from 9 am to 4:30 pm at Canyon River Ranch.
• Dinner at the Canyon River Grill is optional each evening; reservations are recommended.
• Lodging is available by contacting Canyon River Lodge.
