Tour Check-In Location Guide

If your tour or activity is already reserved, use this guide to confirm where to arrive. Check-in spots differ depending on the operator and the type of experience, so look up your company below and go to the correct location before departure.

Catalina Adventure Tours / 877-510-2888

Catalina Adventure Tours has ticket booths at the Green Pier and at the Cabrillo Mole, where the ferry comes in. A check-in locations map is available.

For land-based tours such as the Inside Adventure Tour and Catalina Island City & Scenic Mt. Ada Tour, check in at the Mole.

For ocean experiences such as the Nautilus Semi-Submarine Excursion or Underwater & Coastal Adventure Cruise, go to the Green Pier.

Catalina Island Company Tours & Activities / 877-778-8322

Ticket booths for Catalina Island Company Tours & Activities can be found at the Green Pier, the Discover Tour Plaza, the box office at the Catalina Casino and the Zip Line base at Descanso Canyon.

For land tours including the Bison Expedition, Wrigley Island Tour, Discover Avalon and Journey to Island's End, check in at the Discovery Tour Plaza beside Catalina Mini Golf Gardens.

For ocean tours including Speed Boat & Sea Lion Tour, Undersea Expedition aboard the Sea Wolf or Emerald, Cyclone to Two Harbors, Glass Bottom Boat aboard the Moonstone and Flying Fish Voyage aboard the Cyclone, go to the Green Pier.

For Catalina Zip Line Eco Tour, check in at Descanso Canyon. For Guided Kayak Tours or Kayak Rentals with Descanso Beach Ocean Tours, go to Descanso Beach Club. For Avalon Theatre or Catalina Casino Tours, check in at the Catalina Casino Box Office.

Catalina Island Conservancy / 310-510-2595

Catalina Island Conservancy is based at the Trailhead Visitor Center, 708 Crescent Ave.

For Catalina Island Conservancy Eco Tours and Wildlands Express to Black Jack, Airport in the Sky and Little Harbor, check in at the Trailhead Visitor Center. This is also where visitors can get information about camping, hiking and hiking permits.

Catalina Divers Supply / 310-510-0330

Catalina Divers Supply check-in points are at the Green Pleasure Pier and Catalina Casino.

For Coastal Wildlife Cruise, arrive at #7 Green Pleasure Pier on the left side of the Pier.

For SCUBA dives, check in at the Catalina Casino by going around the right side of the building toward the Dive Park.

Catalina Taxi & Tours / 310-510-0342

The check-in address is 1202 Avalon Canyon, though pickups are available anywhere in Avalon.

Land tour options include Picnic Tour, Toast Catalina, Custom Tour and Avalon City Tour.

Haunted Ghost Tours / 310-510-8445

Check in at 121 Clarissa Ave.

Joe's Rent A Boat / 310-510-0455

Joe's Rent A Boat check-in is at its Green Pleasure Pier location on the right hand side.

Rentals include skiffs and paddleboats.

Wet Spot Rentals / 310-510-2229

Wet Spot Rentals is located at 120 Pebbly Beach Rd, next to the Cabrillo Mole ferry dock.

Offerings include kayaks, stand up paddleboards, snorkel gear and guided tours.

Parasailing

Parasail Catalina is at 105 Pebbly Beach Road, across from the basketball courts.

Island Waters Parasail / 310-510-9280

Island Waters Parasail is located at 18 Green Pleasure Pier, on the right side past Fish & Chips.

Catalina Xtreme Parasail & Catalina Coastal Tours / 626-290-2888

Check in at 2025 Crescent Ave. The summer location is on the right hand side of the End Float at the end of the Green Pleasure Pier.

Services include parasail, fishing charters and dolphin/wildlife tours.
