Avalon 2030 General Plan Summary

The Avalon General Plan / Local Coastal Plan is the City’s broad planning effort to identify the qualities that make Avalon distinctive, set out a future vision, and develop action-focused programs for reaching that vision. It serves as a blueprint for how the City is intended to grow and change through 2030, as well as the community steps needed to turn that direction into reality.
