Travel to Catalina Island

Catalina Island is accessible by sea or air, making the journey both easy and enjoyable. Passenger ferries depart from four mainland ports in southern California – San Pedro, Long Beach, Newport Beach or Dana Point – and the crossing takes only about an hour by boat. Helicopter travel takes 15 minutes, with services to Avalon departing from several mainland locations.

Travel to Two Harbors is offered by the Catalina Express from San Pedro. During summer months, visitors can also reach Two Harbors from Avalon through the Discover Two Harbors tour.
