STEP’s Community Room offers a newly renovated setting with convenient access, abundant natural light, original cedar ceiling beams, and tables and chairs.

Conference Room - 1/2 Room

Tables may be arranged according to request. Additional chairs may be available.

Community Room

• 1600 sq. ft.
• Reception: 106 guests
• Square: 24 guests

Tables may be arranged according to request. Additional chairs may be available.

The facility also provides public Wi-Fi, a kitchen, and restrooms.

Parking is available in STEP’s lot, which has 16 spaces, as well as on the street at no charge.

Availability

The Community Room can be rented when STEP is not using it. Typical rental hours are 5:00-9:00pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 8:00am-6:00pm on weekends. STEP reserves the right to accept or refuse applications for any reason.

Food & Beverage

Guests may bring food or hire a licensed caterer. Food preparation onsite is not allowed, though food may be heated using chafing dishes or microwaves. The coffee machine is available for use, while guests must supply their own coffee materials. Some coffee mugs are available.

Alcohol is not allowed.
