About New Bohemia

New Bohemia reimagines the traditional bier hall as a New American Craft Bier Hall, with 36 of the finest local and international craft beers in the country on tap. The menu includes more than 24 all-natural sausage varieties made in Minnesota from whole cuts of meat, with no artificial flavoring and zero nitrates.

Buns and pretzels follow traditional German-style preparation and are made by hand. Fries are cut fresh each day, while the sauces, mustard, and toppings are prepared fresh.

The venue suits corporate events, business meetings, team building events, holiday parties, cocktail parties, and birthday parties.
