Distillery and Cocktail Room

In St. Louis Park’s unofficial “Distillery District,” Copperwing Distillery produces artisanal spirits such as gin, vodka, fresas, bourbon, and its signature creation, vodskey®. Made with Copperwing’s bourbon mash and distilled in the style of vodka, Vodskey® is a clear, strong spirit with more flavor and character than traditional vodka.

The forty-person cocktail room provides an intimate place to enjoy a craft cocktail. Copperwing’s mixologists shake, stir, build, strain, smoke, froth, spray, and garnish each drink in pursuit of the right flavor profile. Guests who are unsure what to order can receive help choosing something suited to their tastes.

Events

Copperwing Distillery can be rented in its entirety for private parties, client appreciation events, fundraisers, and other occasions. To ask about hosting an event, contact [email protected].
