Meeting planners who arrange a booking through Westopolis may receive up to 45% of transportation expenses, with awards capped at $2,500.

Reserve your next group through Westopolis for the opportunity to qualify for up to $2,500 toward transportation costs.

Basic Requirements

Organizations arranging a meeting with Westopolis may be eligible for transportation assistance.*

To qualify:

• The group must be new to St. Louis Park or Golden Valley.
• The group must generate a minimum of 25 room nights.
• The applicant and the hotel contact must be the same individual.

Weddings, social events, sporting events and group tours are not eligible to participate.
