Beer and sausages

New Bohemia is known as the “New American Craft Bier Hall.” Its taps feature 36 local and international craft beers, described as some of the finest in the country. The kitchen prepares over 24 different all-natural sausages from whole cuts of meat, made in Minnesota, along with German-style handmade pretzels and buns.

The wurst selection ranges from familiar hot dogs and brats to more adventurous combinations, including wild boar with blueberries and merlot, smoked elk, smoked duck and Louisiana alligator. A vegan beer brat from Herbivorous Butcher is also available.

Sandwiches, fries and appetizers

Hand-crafted sandwiches come with chicken, hamburger or veggie options. Guests can pair them with Belgian-style fries and a choice of dipping sauces.

The appetizer menu includes several State Fair-inspired favorites: a giant Bavarian pretzel, mini corndogs, Wisconsin beer battered cheese curds and giant onion rings. Cinnamon sugar mini doughnuts round out the selection.

Weekly entertainment

Live trivia takes place every Thursday night from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. The Initials Game Live meets Wednesdays at 6:30 pm, while Sundays at 6:30 feature open mic Loud Mouth Comedy hosted by Tom Chilstrom.
