At The Shops at West End, Hope Breakfast Bar serves a fresh interpretation of breakfast with sweet and savory choices available daily until 3 pm. The brunch menu features piña colada French toast, fried chicken & waffles, bourbon smoked salmon toast, and other favorites.

Brunch cocktails include a maple old fashioned, a unicorn mimosa made with cotton candy, and a blueberry muffin martini. Guests can also choose from lemonades, nitro teas, coffee, chai, hot chocolate, fruit juice, Pepsi products, and other classic sips.

A walk-up coffee bar offers grab & go eats. The restaurant also provides ample seating and heated underground parking. For parties of 2, a small outdoor patio is available.

When you share breakfast with Hope, you also help support the community. Hope Breakfast Bar is a Purpose Driven Restaurant that gives back through its non-profit Give Hope. A minimum 3% of sales are donated to those in need, right in our community.
