About Doolittles Woodfire Grill

Doolittles opened its first location in 1989. Ingredients are prepared to order in scratch kitchens and brought to guests by attentive, knowledgeable staff.

The restaurant centers its menu on woodfired rotisserie cooking. Meat turns slowly over an open flame, developing a savory wood-roasted taste as the rotation self bastes it for juicy, succulent results.

Featured plates include spit roasted chicken accompanied by green beans with toasted almonds and mashed potatoes, along with smokehouse ribs coated in smokehouse BBQ and served with cole slaw and French fries. The menu also includes burgers, steaks, fish, and pasta.

Wine and Happy Hour

Doolittles’ wine program includes over 60 wines by the bottle and 30 selections by the glass, offering options for wine connoisseurs. On Mondays, guests can enjoy 1/2 price wine by the bottle from 4 – close. Happy Hour is M – F from 3 – 6 pm.
