Established in 1975, Chi-Chi’s became a beloved part of American dining through its colorful Mexican ‘eatery’ concept, family-friendly experience, Mexican garden setting, and superb food. The classic restaurant has returned with a new chapter of flavor.

The Food

Chi-Chi’s menu includes a wide range of flavorful choices. Begin with fresh guacamole and cotija grilled Mexican street corn, or explore the roasted poblano queso, ceviche, and flautas.

The original chimichanga comes with a choice of chicken, beef, red chili or short ribs. Additional selections include flour or corn tacos, burros and bowls, enchiladas, fajitas, and assorted salads.

For dessert, fried ice cream combines vanilla ice cream with cornflakes dusted in cinnamon. Tres leches cake and churros are also popular choices.

The Drink

Chi-Chi’s features an exceptional collection of tequila, mezcal and agave. The selection includes over 100 different types of tequila, with blanco, reposado, añejo and extra añejo options, along with cristalino and diverse tequilas.

Guests can also choose from traditional spirits, beer, and wine. Margarita options include blueberry, clementine, dragon fruit, grapefruit, guava, mango, papaya, prickly pear, raspberry, smoked jalapeño, yuzu, and classic.

Non-drinkers have access to N/A beer and wine, mocktails, Mexican Coca-Cola, Jarritos, and Pepsi products.
