Meat Raffles

Experience a distinctly Minnesotan pastime by taking a chance in a traditional meat raffle.

The concept is straightforward: purchase a ticket for the opportunity to win fresh meat. These events also serve as charitable gambling, directing proceeds to organizations such as veterans’ programs, youth hockey teams, and soccer teams.

Several rounds are typically held. Each round offers a limited supply of tickets, generally sold for a dollar apiece. A number caller spins a wheel and calls out the winning number. Winners present their tickets to collect their meat prizes.

Raffles may feature every type of meat.
